Oregon Revised Statutes Corporations and Partnerships § 65.021

If the Secretary of State refuses to file a document delivered to the Office of Secretary of State for filing, the domestic or foreign corporation, in addition to any other legal remedy which may be available, shall have the right to appeal from such final order pursuant to the provisions of ORS 183.484.
