Oregon Revised Statutes Shipping and Navigation § 783.992

As specified in ORS 468.140, the Director of the Department of Environmental Quality may impose a civil penalty on the owner or operator of a vessel for failure to comply with the requirements of ORS 783.625 to 783.640.
