Oregon Revised Statutes Shipping and Navigation § 778.170

Revenue bonds including refunding revenue bonds issued under ORS 778.145 to 778.175 shall be considered to be bonds or obligations of a political subdivision of the State of Oregon for the purposes of all laws of the state.
