Any receiver, assignee, guardian, conservator, trustee, executor, administrator or other fiduciary, required by law or the order of any court or judge to give a bond, letter of credit or other obligation as such, may include as a part of the lawful expense of executing the trust, such reasonable sum paid an insurer for becoming surety on the bond or an issuer of a letter of credit as may be allowed by the court in which, or judge before whom, the person is required to account. Such sum shall not exceed one percent per annum of the amount of the bond or letter of credit.
