(1) The State Marine Board shall provide an opportunity for hearing as required by ORS chapter 183 when the board proposes to:
(a) Deny issuance or renewal of an outfitter and guide registration;
(b) Revoke or suspend a registration; or
(c) Reprimand an outfitter and guide.
(2) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the board under this chapter is entitled to judicial review of the decision in accordance with the procedure for contested cases provided by ORS chapter 183.
