(1) All moneys received under ORS 688.010 to 688.201 shall be paid into an account established by the Physical Therapist Licensing Board under ORS 182.470. The board may establish an additional account under ORS 182.470 for the purpose of meeting financial obligations imposed on the State of Oregon as a result of this state's participation in the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact established under section 1 of this 2016 Act.
(2) The moneys paid into the accounts established by the board under ORS 182.470 are continuously appropriated to the board and may be used only for the administration and enforcement of ORS 676.850 and 688.010 to 688.201 and for the purpose of meeting financial obligations imposed on the State of Oregon as a result of this state's participation in the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact established under section 1 of this 2016 Act.
