(1) A person licensed to practice chiropractic under the laws of another state who demonstrates to the satisfaction of the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners that the person possesses qualifications at least equal to those required of persons eligible for licensing under this chapter and who meets the requirements of ORS 684.040 may be issued a license to practice chiropractic in this state without examination upon payment of a fee established by the board by rule.
(2) The board may fix the minimum number of years of practice under the laws of another state required to qualify for a license under this section.
