Any university or college of optometry in Oregon, which is recognized and approved by the Oregon Board of Optometry, may operate a clinic in conjunction therewith. Any optometrist licensed in another state, while a professor or instructor in such a college, may sign optometric prescriptions on behalf of the clinic, but not otherwise. Any optometrist licensed in Oregon may also sign optometric prescriptions on behalf of the clinic while a professor or instructor at such college.
