Oregon Revised Statutes Occupations and Professions § 678.720

(1) Unless an individual holds an active license issued under the provisions of ORS 678.710 to 678.820, an individual may not:

(a) Practice or offer to practice as a nursing home administrator; or

(b) Use in connection with the name of the individual the words or letters “nursing home administrator,” “NHA” or any other words, letters or abbreviations or insignia tending to indicate that the individual is a licensed nursing home administrator.

(2) A nursing home shall be conducted or operated under the supervision of a nursing home administrator who holds an active license issued under the provisions of ORS 678.710 to 678.820.
