Performance of any medical services by a physician assistant after the revocation or suspension of the license by the Oregon Medical Board, after expiration of a temporary license or in the absence of renewal of a license constitutes the unauthorized practice of medicine and subjects the physician assistant to the penalties provided in ORS 677.990.
