Oregon Revised Statutes Occupations and Professions § 673.457

A review of the accountancy practice of a holder of a permit under ORS 673.150 that provides compilation services or of a registered business organization by a peer review program approved under ORS 673.455 shall not preclude the Oregon Board of Accountancy from conducting a review of specified aspects of the professional services of any licensee affiliated with the permit holder or business organization or of the permit holder or business organization itself.
