Oregon Revised Statutes Occupations and Professions § 671.047

The Oregon Business Corporation Act is applicable to professional corporations and they enjoy the powers and privileges and are subject to the duties, restrictions and liabilities of corporations organized under the Oregon Business Corporation Act, except when inconsistent with ORS 671.041 to 671.047.ORS 671.041 to 671.047 take precedence in the event of any conflict with provisions of the Oregon Business Corporation Act or other law.
