Oregon Revised Statutes Labor and Employment; Unlawful Discrimination § 663.045

(1) In carrying out this chapter, the Employment Relations Board may, pursuant to any applicable federal law, rule or regulation, petition the National Labor Relations Board for an advisory opinion as to whether that agency will assert jurisdiction over a labor dispute which is the subject of a proceeding then pending before the board.

(2) All findings, conclusions, and determinations of the board under this chapter shall be public records.
