Every workers' compensation insurer, self-insured employer and self-insured employer group shall provide to the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services all information requested by the director for the purpose of assessing the impact of ORS 656.795 and 656.797 and the amendments to ORS 656.005, 656.245, 656.250, 656.252, 656.262, 656.268, 656.325, 656.340, 656.726, 657.170, 659A.043, 659A.046, 659A.049 and 659A.063 by sections 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25 and 27, chapter 811, Oregon Laws 2003.
