(1) The Governor may at any time remove any member of the Workers' Compensation Board for inefficiency, neglect of duty or malfeasance in office. Before such removal the Governor shall give the member a copy of the charges against the member and shall fix the time when the member can be heard in defense, which shall not be less than 10 days thereafter. Such hearing shall be open to the public.
(2) If the member is removed, the Governor shall file in the office of the Secretary of State a complete statement of all charges made against such member and the findings thereon, with a record of the proceedings.
(3) The power of removal is absolute and there is no right of review in any court whatsoever.
