Oregon Revised Statutes Labor and Employment; Unlawful Discrimination § 654.402

ORS 654.400 does not prevent a person legally regulated in this state under any other licensing provisions, rules or regulations from engaging in the activities permitted under that designation, certification or license provided that the person does not use the titles or initials specified in ORS 654.400.
