Oregon Revised Statutes Trade Regulations and Practices § 647.720

In the event of a violation of ORS 647.705, 647.710 or 647.715, any person may bring an action to recover actual damages and reasonable attorney fees or seek an injunction or any other remedy available at law or in equity.
