Oregon Revised Statutes Food and Other Commodities: Purity, Sanitation, Grades, Standards, Labels, Weights and Measures § 621.259

If pasteurization equipment is used by a distributor or producer-distributor or at a dairy products plant, the distributor, producer-distributor or dairy products plant licensee shall ensure that the pasteurization process is under the direct supervision of a pasteurizer operator licensed under ORS 621.266.
