When any shipment of nursery stock, fruits, vegetables, seed, nuts or field crops is found upon inspection to be infested with injurious insects or other plant pests or the eggs, larvae or pupae of injurious insects or other plant pests, the inspector shall give the shipper notice of the pests found and the manner of disposition, as provided for in ORS 570.145 to 570.165.
