Oregon Revised Statutes Water Resources: Irrigation, Drainage, Flood Control, Reclamation § 547.040

All drainage districts organized before February 14, 1921, in pursuance of any law relating to drainage districts passed prior to the enactment of chapter 340, Oregon Laws 1915, shall have all the powers and be subject to all the provisions of the Drainage District Act, except in so far as the organization of the district is concerned.
