Oregon Revised Statutes Water Resources: Irrigation, Drainage, Flood Control, Reclamation § 542.630

The Water Resources Director shall be the only representative of this state in administering the Klamath River Basin Compact set forth in ORS 542.620. The director shall receive no additional compensation for services as such representative, but, subject to any other applicable law regulating mileage and traveling and other expenses for state officers, shall receive actual and necessary traveling and other expenses incurred in the performance of official functions as such representative, to be paid in the same manner and out of the same moneys as other similar expenses of the director are paid.
