Oregon Revised Statutes Protection from Fire § 478.560

Funds accruing to a district, located in two or more counties, from any source shall be deposited in one or more depositories, as defined in ORS 295.001, whose deposits are insured pursuant to federal statute and shall be drawn out only upon proper order and warrant or check bearing the signature of those persons authorized to sign warrants or checks by resolution of the board.
