The Oregon Health Authority, the State Department of Agriculture and the Oregon Liquor Control Commission may possess, seize or dispose of marijuana, usable marijuana, medical cannabinoid products, cannabinoid concentrates and cannabinoid extracts as is necessary for the authority to ensure compliance with and enforce the provisions of ORS 475B.400 to 475B.525 and any rule adopted under ORS 475B.400 to 475B.525.
