Notwithstanding ORS 475B.462, if the Oregon Health Authority suspends or revokes the registration of the marijuana grow site of a person designated to produce marijuana by a registry identification cardholder, a marijuana processing site or a medical marijuana dispensary, or otherwise takes disciplinary action against the marijuana grow site of a person designated to produce marijuana by a registry identification cardholder, a marijuana processing site or a medical marijuana dispensary, the authority shall provide that information to a law enforcement agency.
