Oregon Revised Statutes Alcoholic Liquors; Controlled Substances; Drugs § 475B.320

The provisions of ORS 475B.010 to 475B.395 are designed to operate uniformly throughout the state and are paramount and superior to and fully replace and supersede any municipal charter amendment or local ordinance inconsistent with the provisions of ORS 475B.010 to 475B.395. Amendments and ordinances that are inconsistent with the provisions of ORS 475B.010 to 475B.395 are repealed.
