Oregon Revised Statutes Alcoholic Liquors; Controlled Substances; Drugs § 475B.065

Licensees and licensee representatives may produce, deliver and possess marijuana items subject to the provisions of ORS 475B.010 to 475B.395. The production, delivery and possession of marijuana items by a licensee or a licensee representative in compliance with ORS 475B.010 to 475B.395 does not constitute a criminal or civil offense under the laws of this state.
