Oregon Revised Statutes Alcoholic Liquors; Controlled Substances; Drugs § 471.790

No member of the Oregon Liquor Control Commission may be sued for doing or omitting to do any act in the performance of duties as prescribed in the Liquor Control Act. No member of the commission personally shall be liable for any loss caused by the default or failure of the depository of funds of the commission. All funds of the commission deposited in any bank or trust company are entitled to priority of payment as public funds of the state, if the commission funds are only kept in depositories designated by the State Treasurer and under security of the same character required by law for depositories of state funds.
