The following state-regulated incandescent reflector lamps are exempt from the minimum energy efficiency standards established in ORS 469.233 (8):
(1) 50 watt elliptical reflector lamps;
(2) Lamps rated at 50 watts or less of the following types: BR 30, ER 30, BR 40 and ER 40;
(3) Lamps rated at 65 watts of the following types: BR 40 and ER 40; and
(4) R 20 lamps of 45 watts or less.
