Oregon Revised Statutes Public Health and Safety § 466.525

The commission after hearing by rule may include as a PCB and regulate accordingly any chlorinated biphenyls, terphenyls, higher polyphenyls, or mixtures of these compounds that have functional groups attached other than chlorine if that functional group on the chlorinated biphenyls, terphenyls, higher polyphenyls, or mixtures of these compounds is found to constitute a danger to public health.
