Oregon Revised Statutes Public Health and Safety § 441.169

On each hospital unit, a hospital shall post a notice summarizing the provisions of ORS 441.152 to 441.177 in a place that is clearly visible to the public that includes a phone number for purposes of reporting a violation of the laws.
