Oregon Revised Statutes Human Services; Juvenile Code; Corrections § 419C.555

Except when the court grants legal custody to the Oregon Youth Authority, the court may grant guardianship of the youth offender to a private institution or agency to which the youth offender is committed or to some suitable person or entity if it appears necessary to do so in the interests of the youth offender.
