(1) No later than 30 days after a petition alleging jurisdiction under ORS 419B.100 is filed, each party about whom allegations have been made shall admit or deny the allegations. Unless the court specifies how admissions or denials are to be made pursuant to ORS 419B.800, admissions and denials may be made orally in court or in writing.
(2) Allegations in a petition that are not admitted or denied are denied.
