(1) The JOBS Plus Advisory Board is established. The board shall advise the Department of Human Services in the direction and administration of the JOBS Plus Program established in ORS 411.878. The board shall have seven members, consisting of six representatives of the business community and one employed former recipient of temporary assistance for needy families or the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.
(2) The Governor shall appoint new members from nominees recommended by the board.
(3) Members appointed to the board shall serve terms of three years.
