Oregon Revised Statutes Human Services; Juvenile Code; Corrections § 410.485

The Legislative Assembly finds that there is a need for the Department of Human Services to promote the availability of adult day care services and that flexibility in the combination of adult day care with other community-based services gives individuals who would otherwise be placed in restrictive care settings a greater variety of choices.
