Oregon Revised Statutes Human Services; Juvenile Code; Corrections § 410.220

Each area agency may use, with the consent of state and municipal departments and agencies, their services, equipment, facilities and personnel, and pay therefor, within the limits of its resources, as agreed between the agencies and cooperate with other public and private agencies as to the use of services, equipment and facilities.
