Oregon Revised Statutes Privileges and Benefits of Veterans and Service Personnel § 407.181

In exercising the authority granted to it by ORS 407.177 to 407.181, a lending institution shall perform only the services that are delegated to it by contract entered into under ORS 407.177, and shall comply with the terms of the contract and applicable laws.
