(1) The Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs Veterans Suicide Prevention and Outreach Program Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs Veterans Suicide Prevention and Outreach Program Fund shall be credited to the fund. The fund shall consist of:
(a) Moneys appropriated to the fund by the Legislative Assembly.
(b) Amounts credited to the fund under ORS 305.690 to 305.753.
(c) Amounts credited to the fund under ORS 803.478.
(d) Gifts, grants and donations, in money or otherwise, for use as described in subsection (2) of this section.
(e) Interest earned by the fund.
(2) Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Department of Veterans' Affairs for the purposes of implementing the provisions of ORS 406.081 and 406.082.
