Oregon Revised Statutes Privileges and Benefits of Veterans and Service Personnel § 406.070

The Director of Veterans' Affairs shall qualify in like manner as other heads of state departments, and furnish a fidelity bond in an amount to be fixed by the Governor. The director shall be reimbursed for necessary expenses incurred in the performance of the duties as are other state officers. The director shall maintain the main office of the director at the state capital.
