Oregon Revised Statutes Military Affairs; Emergency Services § 402.020

The state shall reimburse a local government for the compensation paid and the actual and necessary travel, subsistence and maintenance expenses of employees of the local government while actually serving at the direction of the Governor or the Director of the Office of Emergency Management in a state function or capacity.
