Oregon Revised Statutes Military Affairs; Emergency Services § 401.955

The Office of Emergency Management or the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries may seek and accept gifts, grants and donations from any source to finance all or part of the duties assigned under ORS 401.950 and 401.952.
