Oregon Revised Statutes Highways, Roads, Bridges and Ferries § 384.320

The Department of Transportation, and any county, city, town or port mentioned in ORS 384.305, may pay out of its respective funds, or any other funds to any of them available, all or any part of the cost of the construction, maintenance and operation of the ferry service.
