Oregon Revised Statutes Highways, Roads, Bridges and Ferries § 366.991

Subject to ORS 153.022, a person who violates any rule adopted by the Oregon Transportation Commission governing health and safety in roadside rest areas or scenic overlooks commits a Class B violation.
