Oregon Revised Statutes Education and Culture § 348.665

Bonds authorized under ORS 348.570 and 348.625 to 348.695 shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of ORS chapter 286A. The State Treasurer, in consultation with the Higher Education Coordinating Commission, may establish special accounts or subaccounts in the Oregon Student Assistance Fund established by ORS 348.570 and may pledge the assets or the revenues, or any portion of the assets or revenues, of the alternative student loan program.
