Oregon Revised Statutes Education and Culture § 348.360

Each loan granted under ORS 348.330 and 348.340 is renewable annually. The Executive Director of the Office of Student Access and Completion shall renew the loans upon application by the recipient when the executive director finds that the applicant has successfully completed the required work for the preceding academic year and is a student in good standing, is a resident of this state and is in a financial condition that warrants the continuation of the aid.
