Oregon Revised Statutes Education and Culture § 329.190

The Early Learning Council shall establish an advisory committee composed of interested parents and representatives from the health care profession, early childhood education and development staff preparation programs, Oregon Head Start Association, school districts, community colleges, Early Intervention Council, child care and other organizations. The purpose of the advisory committee is to provide advice to the Early Learning Council on matters related to the Oregon prekindergarten program.
