Oregon Revised Statutes Education and Culture § 327.484

Moneys may be withdrawn annually on July 1 from the General Fund by order of the Department of State Lands to be credited to the Common School Fund to pay to the Common School Fund any amount resulting from the failure of the total student loans to earn at least four percent interest in the preceding fiscal year.
