Oregon Revised Statutes Public Financial Administration § 293.460

The lawful owner of any check or order included in the report referred to in ORS 293.450, not presented to the State Treasurer for payment and not paid, thereafter may file a claim with the Department of State Lands in the manner provided by ORS 98.392 and 98.396.
