The Oregon Industrial Site Readiness Assessment Program Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. The Oregon Industrial Site Readiness Assessment Program Fund consists of moneys appropriated, allocated, deposited or transferred to the fund by the Legislative Assembly and interest earned on moneys in the fund. Amounts in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Business Development Department for the purposes of making grants under ORS 285B.637 and to implement and administer ORS 285B.635 to 285B.640. Interest earned on the fund shall be deposited into the fund.
