Oregon Revised Statutes Public Facilities, Contracting and Insurance § 282.045

At the discretion of the individual agency director, a state agency may print a symbol on paper products selected by the agency director. This symbol shall be determined by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, in consultation with the Department of Environmental Quality, and shall be similar to the following: “Printed on recycled paper.” This symbol may be printed only on recycled paper.
