Oregon Revised Statutes Public Facilities, Contracting and Insurance § 280.050

Funds may be obtained as prescribed in ORS 280.040 to 280.145 for the purpose of financing the cost of any service, project, property or equipment which a subdivision has lawful power to perform, construct or acquire, and of repairs and improvements thereto and of maintenance and replacement thereof.
